REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Audit Service

The Southeastern Regional Transit Authority (SRTA) is seeking proposals from firms qualified to provide audit services in connection with the Authority’s annual financial statement in accordance with applicable Government Auditing Standards, to report on internal controls and compliance with various laws, regulations, and grant contracts, in accordance with Federal Single Audit OMB Circular A-133, Audits of States, Local Governments and Non-Profit Organizations of the Authority’s major capital and grant
programs. SRTA seeks to engage a qualified firm to conduct an audit of its fiscal year 2023, 2024 and 2025 financial statements with an option for up to two additional one year extensions subject to agreement.

by 2:00 PM EST on March 17, 2023.

The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informality if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Authority to do so.
