SRTA Has a New Phone System
SRTA will be transferring over to a new internet-based phone system for both direct calls and our Operations Center call queue. We have listened to your feedback about difficulties with our phone system and are making this change to improve the call experience for staff, our riders, and the community.
The cutover to the new system will take place on Wednesday, May 8th. We do not anticipate any disruption in service. However, we wanted to let you know about this change, just in case the cutover causes a brief phone outage.
